Acceptance
By using the Termo website, operated by Roghan Games LTDA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we offer
Termo is a free word game with a daily challenge, endless mode and past days. The service is provided as is and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Permitted use
You may play and share your results freely. You may not use bots or programs to collect the site's content at scale, try to bypass or overload the service, or use the site for illegal activities.
Content ownership
The code, design, texts, word lists and other materials on the site belong to Roghan Games LTDA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may share links and game results, but you may not copy or redistribute the site's content without permission.
Ads and third-party content
The site may show ads and contain links to third-party sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. When you click an ad or link, you become subject to the destination site's rules.
No warranties
We do our best to keep the word lists correct and the game available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every word will be accepted or rejected the way you expect. If you find a problem, tell us on the contact page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Roghan Games LTDA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants to consumers.
Privacy and cookies
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. In case of dispute, the venue provided by law applies, including the consumer's home venue where applicable. Questions about these terms: roghangames@gmail.com.
