Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser. The browser's local storage serves a similar purpose: keeping a site's information on your device.
What Termo uses today
The game uses the browser's local storage to work: it keeps your games, your statistics and the fact that you have seen the “How to play” window. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us. The site also uses Google Analytics to measure usage in aggregate, which may set analytics cookies (_ga). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these cookies are off by default until consent is given.
Advertising cookies (when ads are shown)
If the site starts showing ads, Google and its partners may set cookies and use identifiers to serve ads, limit their frequency, measure results and, with your consent, personalize them. These are third-party cookies and follow each company's policies. For Google, see policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Consent
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we show a consent message and only use advertising cookies after you accept. You can change your choice at any time through the same message.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For ads, adjust personalization at adssettings.google.com, or use www.aboutads.info and www.youronlinechoices.eu. Blocking cookies may affect other sites, but the game keeps working without them; however, if you clear local storage you lose your saved progress (use the backup on the profile page).
Changes
This policy may be updated, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. See also the Privacy Policy.
